Starter does not include prospecting or lead-generation campaigns.
Flex & Standard: Listed as your South Korea contact, we receive Korean customers’ inquiries directly, handle the local work, and bring clear requirements to your headquarters. Both plans include the core services below.

Starter covers research, information checks and local tasks requested by your company within an agreed scope. Flex and Standard cover website contact listing support, inquiry handling, meetings, calls and reporting. Flex includes up to 1 in-person meeting per week; Standard includes up to 2. Travel within the agreed plan is included. No hidden fees.
1% sales incentive
Flex and Standard include a 1% incentive on the agreed sales value of Korean transactions we support. Covered accounts, repeat orders, exclusions and payment timing are agreed in writing before we begin.
Optional support
Import handling, storage, delivery and specialist services are scoped and priced separately, with all costs disclosed in advance.
Service hours, response targets and monthly workload are agreed before we start. If we determine that your workload exceeds your plan, your subscription fee may increase. For meetings far from the Seoul metropolitan area, travel distance and time may require a higher subscription fee or a reduction in the included number of in-person meetings. We will notify you of any adjustment in advance. Travel expenses remain included in the agreed plan. This is a shared representation service, not an unlimited or dedicated full-time staffing arrangement.
